Happy Easter!!!

Happy Easter to all. I baked some carrot and chocolate cupcakes. The links will lead you to the recipes. In chocolate cake I added 1/2 tsp cocoa powder to bring out dark colour. Otherwise both recipes remain same.

For buttercream icing
Softened butter - 100 gms
Icing sugar - 180 gms
Beat both together until thick. Spread on cake.

That is a sugar coated almond over the icing and drizzled some caramel sauce over it. :)
