Sorbet is a frozen dessert made with fruit and sweetened water. Here I used condensed milk to make it a bit creamy. I was in search of a quick dessert and this turned out to the easiest one. Enjoy summer with sorbet. Now you don't have to go anywhere for flavoured ice sticks.

You need
- Water melon flesh - 1/2 kg
- Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin
Method
- Put both ingredients in blender and blend well.
- Pour the mix in ice cube tray and put in freezer
- When set use as required
